How can I clean my bouncer?
Fabric Seat, headrest and body insert - We recommend machine washing the fabric seat, headrest and body insert in cold water on the delicate setting of your washing machine and air dry. Do not use bleach or place the fabric seat, headrest or body insert in the dryer.

Toys - Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not submerge or soak toys in water.

When can my child use the bouncer?
The bouncer is designed for children who weigh less than 25 lbs. (11.3kg). Always use the restraint system when the child is in the bouncer. Never use a bouncer for a child that can sit up unassisted.
Does my bouncer have a warranty?

One (1) Year Limited Warranty

Dorel Juvenile warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from material and workmanship defects when used under normal conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Should the product contain defects in material or workmanship Dorel Juvenile Group, Inc., will repair or replace the product, at our option, free of charge. Purchaser will be responsible for all costs associated with packaging and shipping the product to Dorel Juvenile Group Consumer Relations Department at the address noted on front page and all other freight or insurance costs associated with the return. Dorel Juvenile Group will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product to the purchaser. Product should be returned in its original package accompanied by a proof of purchase, either a sales receipt or other proof that the product is within the warranty period. This warranty is void if the owner repairs or modifies the product or the product has been damaged as a result of misuse.

This warranty excludes any liability other than that expressly stated previously, including but not limited to, any incidental or inconsequential damages.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

What type of battery should I purchase for the module?
The size and style of battery is dependent on which model bouncer you purchased. Your instruction manual and/or packaging will provide you with the type of battery you need to purchase.
General Warnings When Using a Bouncer?
  • Never use the bouncer on an elevated surface as the child’s activity may move the bouncer which would create a fall hazard.
  • Never use the bouncer on a soft surface such as a bed, sofa or cushion as the bouncer could tip causing a suffocation hazard for the child
  • Never lift the bouncer when the child is in it
  • Never substitute the bouncer as a car seat
  • Never use the module to carry the bouncer
