How can I clean my stroller?
To clean the stroller fabric and seat pad use a sponge or damp cloth with cold water and mild soap. Air dry only.

Restraint and crotch straps should be surface washed and air dried only. Do not machine wash or place restraints in the dryer.

Do Not use harsh household cleaners or bleach to clean the stroller fabric or restraints.
When can my child use the stroller?
Travel Systems and Convenient (Standalone) Strollers - A child is ready to use the stroller when they can sit up unassisted, weigh less than 50 lbs. (22.7 kg) and when seated the midpoint of the child’s head is at or below the top of the stroller seat can use the stroller. They are NOT recommended for newborns. Only use this stroller for one child at a time. Always keep your child in view when in the stroller. Never leave your child unattended.

Umbrella Strollers - A child is ready to use the stroller when they can sit up unassisted, weigh less than 40 lbs. (18 kg) and when seated the midpoint of the child’s head is at or below the top of the stroller seat can use the stroller. They are NOT recommended for newborns. Only use this stroller for one child at a time. Always keep your child in view when in the stroller. Never leave your child unattended.

Jogging Strollers - A child is ready to use the stroller when they can sit up unassisted, weigh less than 50 lbs. (22.7 kg) and when seated the midpoint of the child’s head is at or below the top of the stroller seat can use the stroller. They are NOT recommended for newborns. Only use this stroller for one child at a time. Always keep your child in view when in the stroller. Never leave your child unattended.

Does my stroller have a warranty?

One (1) Year Limited Warranty

Dorel Juvenile warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from material and workmanship defects when used under normal conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Should the product contain defects in material or workmanship Dorel Juvenile, will repair or replace the product, at our option, free of charge. Purchaser will be responsible for all costs associated with packaging and shipping the product to Dorel Juvenile Consumer Relations Department at PO Box 2609, Columbus, IN 47202 and all other freight or insurance costs associated with the return. Dorel Juvenile will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product to the purchaser. Product should be returned in its original package accompanied by a proof of purchase, either a sales receipt or other proof that the product is within the warranty period. This warranty is void if the owner repairs or modifies the product or the product has been damaged as a result of misuse.

This warranty excludes any liability other than that expressly stated previously, including but not limited to, any incidental or inconsequential damages.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

How can I file a warranty claim?

You will be required to enter the model number and manufacture date to obtain the correct instruction manual. If you are unable to download an instruction manual, you may contact our Consumer Relations Team at consumer@djgusa.com or call 1-800-544-1108 and we will be more than happy to provide you with a replacement instruction manual.

How can I stop my stroller wheels from squeaking?
It is recommended that you periodically remove the stroller wheels to clean the axle and treat wheel attachments with dry Teflon spray. Never use Vaseline, grease or silicon lubricants as these substances will attract dirt and grime which will affect the performance of your stroller wheels.
Can I attach a child restraint to my stroller?
Umbrella Strollers - Child restraints (car seats) are not compatible with any of our umbrella strollers. Attaching a car seat to an umbrella stroller could result in serious injury.

Convenient (Standalone) Strollers - Some of our convenient (standalone) strollers are compatible with infant child restraints (car seats). To obtain a list of compatible child restraints please reference your instruction manual. If you no longer have your instruction manual you may download one from our site or you may contact our Consumer Relations Team to obtain a copy of the instruction manual. Note: If you don’t find a child restraint compatibility list in the instruction manual then your stroller is not designed to accept a car seat. Attaching a car seat to your stroller could result in serious injury.

Where can I purchase a base for my infant child restraint?
A few retailers will sell the standalone base for your infant child restraint; however, if you are unable to locate one you may visit our online store at www.djgusa.com or call our Consumer Relations Team who would be happy to assist you.
Does the storage basket have a weight limit?
Do not place anything weighing more than 10 lbs. (4.5 kg) in the storage basket. If the weight is exceeded hazardous, unstable conditions may exist resulting in serious injury.
Does the parent tray have a weight limit?
Do not place anything weighing more than 2 lbs. (0.91 kg) in the parent tray. If the weight is exceeded it could result in the stroller tipping. Note: Never place hot liquid in the cup holder.
